Every year the Addams family gathers in their graveyard to celebrate being Addams with their dearly deceased ancestors. Hilarity ensues when Wednesday invites her “normal” boyfriend (and secret fiance), Lucas Beineke, and his parents to meet the family.

As both families attempt (and fail) to act normal, tensions explode over clashing values, hidden secrets, and a stolen truth serum that causes Alice Beineke to reveal her unhappy marriage. Chaos erupts when Wednesday announces the engagement, a storm traps everyone overnight, and conflicts deepen.

This leads Wednesday and Lucas to question their differences and Gomez and Morticia to confront their broken trust. Through honesty, forgiveness, and a series of comedic reconciliations, all the couples rediscover love, the families find common ground, and they ultimately embrace that love, however strange, is what truly binds them together.
